ANNE E. HAWLEY
Ms. Hawley has lived in the Kansas City area since 1988. In 1995,
she received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with honors, from the University of
Missouri-Kansas City. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the same university in
1998. While in law school, Ms. Hawley was a member of UMKC Law Review, the Ellison
Moot Court Board and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Following graduation, Ms.
Hawley worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri, representing
the State in criminal appeals to all districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
In 2000, Ms. Hawley joined the Labor Division of the Missouri Attorney General's
office. While in the Labor Division, Ms. Hawley practiced >workers' compensation
law exclusively, representing the Missouri State Treasurer in cases against the
Second Injury Fund and defending State agencies. In 2002, Ms. Hawley joined FOX
STRETZ & QUINN, P.C., as "Of Counsel." She is licensed to practice law in both Missouri
and Kansas.
